1000W Portable Power Station, 999Wh Solar Generator

2-Year GridGuardPlus Warranty included. Every item we sell is backed by our two-year warranty. Questions? Call 1-800-680-4080.

This portable power station packs 999Wh of battery capacity with 1,000W of pure sine wave AC output (2,000W peak) and fast charging. It doubles as a solar generator, with a PV input for solar panels, and is built for reliable backup power at home, in an RV or at camp.

A portable power station stores energy in a rechargeable battery, so there is no fuel, no exhaust and no engine noise. Recharge it from a wall outlet before a storm or trip, or from solar using the PV input.

Real-world runtime estimates

Rough guide for the 999Wh battery, allowing about 15% for conversion losses (about 849Wh usable). Real results vary with the device, temperature and battery age.

• Smartphone: about 56 full charges (at roughly 15Wh each)
• Laptop (about 60W): around 14.2 hours
• LED lamp (about 10W): around 85 hours
• Small fan (about 40W): around 21.2 hours

Good to know

Watt-hours (Wh) describe how much energy the battery stores; watts (W) describe how much power the unit can deliver at once. To estimate runtime, divide the battery's Wh by the wattage of what you are powering, then allow for conversion losses. Add up the wattage of everything you plan to run at the same time and keep it below the unit's output rating. It is not designed to run a whole house, central air conditioning or other heavy-duty appliances.

Who this is not for

Anyone who needs to power central air conditioning, electric heaters or an entire home.

Setup and care

• Charge it fully before first use and before a storm or trip
• Store it in a cool, dry place and top it up every few months
• Do not charge or discharge it in freezing or very hot conditions
• Use cables and panels rated for this model

Frequently asked questions

How long will it run my devices?
Divide the battery's watt-hours by the watts your device uses, then allow for about 15% loss. The estimates above show typical examples.

Can I use it indoors?
Battery power stations produce no exhaust, so they can be used indoors. Keep them dry, ventilated and away from heat sources.

Can I bring it on a plane?
Usually not. Airlines limit spare lithium batteries to about 100Wh (up to 160Wh with approval), so most power stations cannot fly in carry-on or checked bags.

Does a solar panel come with it?
No solar panel is included. The unit has a PV input (12-24V) for solar charging, and our team can help you match a panel to it. Call 1-800-680-4080.
